When you use OddJobzz:
- Customers can see Tasker profiles, ratings, and reviews
- Taskers can see task details and customer information

- Messages are shared between parties involved in a task
3.2 With Service Providers (Processors)
We share information with service providers acting on our behalf, including:
- Microsoft Entra External ID (B2C) â authentication
- Microsoft Azure â hosting, storage (Canada region)
- Stripe â payments, compliance/KYC where applicable
- Google Maps Platform â address lookup and mapping
- Analytics providers (if enabled) â usage analytics
We require processors to protect your data and use it only for our instructions.
3.3 For Legal Reasons

- No password storage (handled by Microsoft B2C)

- Active Accounts: As long as your account is active
- Legal Requirements: As required by law (typically 7 years for financial records)
- After Deletion: Backups may persist for up to 90 days
