How do I get started?

Download the OddJobzz app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and you can start posting tasks or offering your services as a tasker immediately.

What if I have a problem with a task?

Contact our support team at support@oddjobzz.com . We’ll review the situation and may provide informal support to help customers and taskers reach a resolution, consistent with our Terms and Refund Policy. OddJobzz is not a party to the contract between Customer and Tasker.

How does payment work?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers pay when they hire a tasker, and taskers receive payment after the task is completed and approved.

What are the fees?

OddJobzz charges a 10% platform fee (capped at $10 CAD) on each task. Payment processing fees are also applied. View our Terms of Service for details.

Can I cancel a task?

Yes, but cancellation policies vary based on timing. You can cancel before hiring with no fee. After hiring, fees may apply. See our Cancellation Policy.

How do I become a tasker?

Download the app and switch to Tasker mode. You’ll need to complete identity verification and set up your payment account through Stripe, our payment provider, to start accepting tasks. Verification is handled by Stripe based on their processes; OddJobzz does not perform separate background checks on every user.

What if I need a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of task completion. Our team will review each case individually. See our Refund Policy for details.

Is my information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Payment information is handled by Stripe, and we never store credit card details. Read our Privacy Policy.
