All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Customers pay when they hire a tasker, and taskers receive payment after the task is completed and approved.
OddJobzz charges a 10% platform fee (capped at $10 CAD) on each task. Payment processing fees are also applied. View our Terms of Service for details.
Yes, but cancellation policies vary based on timing. You can cancel before hiring with no fee. After hiring, fees may apply. See our Cancellation Policy.
Download the app and switch to Tasker mode. You’ll need to complete identity verification and set up your payment account through Stripe, our payment provider, to start accepting tasks. Verification is handled by Stripe based on their processes; OddJobzz does not perform separate background checks on every user.
